These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Magical Flores Tours. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Magical Flores Tours operates as a sole proprietorship under Indonesian law.
2. Services
Magical Flores Tours offers the following services:
Tours are primarily operated directly by Magical Flores Tours. Certain activities (including but not limited to Kelimutu trekking, Komodo trekking, and other experiences) may be conducted in cooperation with third-party providers, local guides, or community partners.
3. Booking and Contract Formation
Bookings are accepted via email or inquiry form.
A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A binding contract is formed only once Magical Flores Tours has issued a written booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:
Full payment of 100% of the total tour price is required after booking confirmation.
If payment is not received within 7 days of confirmation, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the tour space may be released for resale without further notice.
All bank fees, transfer costs, and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Transaction and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Changes or Cancellation by Magical Flores Tours
Magical Flores Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, we will first attempt to offer an alternative tour, itinerary, or date.
If no reasonable alternative can be provided, all payments for the affected services will be fully refunded.
Magical Flores Tours is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, insurance, or other travel-related expenses.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Magical Flores Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior endangers safety, disrupts the tour, or affects other guests. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Health, Fitness and Participation
Participation in tours may involve physical activity, including trekking, boat travel, swimming, snorkeling, and exposure to outdoor conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate.
There is no minimum age requirement; however, minors may only participate when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be communicated prior to booking.
9. Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Magical Flores Tours accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during tours.
10. Insurance and Liability
Magical Flores Tours maintains appropriate business insurance coverage.
However, liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magical Flores Tours is not liable for:

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

12. National Park Fees and Third-Party Costs
National park fees, entrance fees, and other government or third-party charges are included in the tour price.
In the event of sudden changes to such fees imposed by authorities, guests will be informed immediately. Any additional costs may be passed on accordingly.
13. Photo and Video Consent
Magical Flores Tours may use photos and videos taken during tours for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website content.
Guests may opt out of this usage at any time by informing us in writing before or during the tour.
14. Privacy
Personal data collected during inquiries and bookings is used solely for the purpose of providing services.
We may use third-party services such as social media platforms, review platforms, and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to improve our services and website experience.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Magical Flores Tours, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
