• Exposure to heat, weather changes, wildlife, and natural environments
• Travel in remote areas with limited medical facilities
• Participation in Komodo Island trekking activities involving wildlife and rugged terrain

You voluntarily choose to participate in these activities at your own risk.

2. Health and Fitness

You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected activities.

You are responsible for informing Magical Flores Tours in advance of any:

• Medical conditions
• Allergies
• Disabilities
• Physical limitations

Magical Flores Tours is not responsible for any injury or health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own safety during the tour
• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times
• You must follow all instructions given by guides, boat crews, and tour staff
• Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund

Magical Flores Tours does not provide personal travel insurance for guests.
